Details of the up to 60-Minutes Express Service Guaranteed

ALL connected vehicles receive a complementary connected service for three years from the Ford new vehicle warranty start date after which time, the Connected Service may cease to be available or may be subject to a subscription

  • Your vehicle will be serviced within 60 minutes.
  • Service done by Trained Ford technicians, with the latest tools and checks.
  • Critical vehicle components are cross checked through a vehicle report card.
  • Vehicle report card to be provided to the customer within the first 15 minutes.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Express Service bay will not cover additional repair work other than the scheduled service.
  • This program is only applicable to Ford Dealers participating in Express Service.
  • Vehicle wash is not applicable at all participating Express Service Dealerships as well as certain benefits such as, free WiFi and coffee. Please confirm with your preferred participating dealership.
  • The customer must arrive at the Dealership prior the 60-minute period to present and confirm eligibility according to the program conditions.
  • Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa and Ford Dealers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Your participating dealer can advise on eligibility based on your vehicle’s recommended servicing schedule. Any additional work identified during the service will not be completed in this time and will need to be rebooked for another date. Certain benefits such as, free WiFi and coffee is not applicable to all participating dealers. Contact your participating dealer for more information.
